Hello, Officially NX 10 is not supported on Windows 10, nevertheless it seems to run, but no guarantees. Not sure if you are trying to install the License server of the NX software. The license server you are trying to install in Ver 6.x. This cannot be installed on Windows 8 and thus also not on Windows 10. (this is the version shipped with NX 10.0) Therefor you must separately download the latest version from our website. Version 7.x and later is certified for Windows 8 (and will also work on Windows 10, although not (yet) ceritfied). Select here on the left, 'Siemens PLM Licensing' --> Product updates --> Installs and here the prefered version.
